Abbey McClellan RYT-200

There is nothing better than to get to share in this journey to the heart with everyone, especially through teaching yoga. It is my desire to serve and help each student recognize their potential and find strength within. I started practicing yoga in 2008 and since have completed Baron Baptiste's 200 hour teacher training, and received my 200 hour certification through Ashaya Yoga with Todd Norian and Ann Greene. I continue to study with a variety of master teachers and received Thai Massage certification in 2015.

Since recovering from back surgery in 2015, I’ve learned I must remain connected to my inner strength to keep moving forward, and also honor where I am during the process. Having patience, to appreciate things as they are vs. how I think they should be, requires ongoing mindfulness. As my yoga practice evolves, I practice in a way that honors my limitations and still offers my fullest expression. This balanced action has been my greatest source of healing. Besides yoga, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and lots of smiles and laughter!

Matt McClellan
Matt started practicing yoga in January 2008. Since then, he has studied with several master teachers throughout the years. Inspired by the life enhancing benefits he's experienced through yoga, he enjoys introducing others to the transformative power of yoga. Matt truly loves his 3 dogs, and even has them doing yoga poses on occasion!

Matt has completed Baron Baptiste's Journey into Power Level One Teacher Training. His method of teaching involves alignment, breath, and core engagement, often with a witty humorous twist. He is excited to share how yoga has shaped his life and what it can do for you.

Mona Chamhidray
Mona has been practicing yoga for 10 years after discovering the mind and body benefits of a daily yoga practice. She leads vinyasa and prenatal yoga style classes designed to bring all levels of practitioners together to embrace the asanas in flow and breath awareness.

Mona has been teaching prenatal/postnatal yoga at Ignite Yoga since 2015. Her depth of knowledge and sincere warmth for the mothers-to-be is evident in the dedication she brings to her classes.

Mona is a certified yoga teacher at 200 hours and has an additional certification in prenatal yoga.

Cindy Espinoza RYT-200
After being a Dental Hygienist for several years, my body from my lower back, to my neck, to my hands and wrists was in constant pain. I tried Chiropractors, pain meds, and massages. They helped a little but not enough. I started practicing yoga upon recommendation from a teacher and it has made all the difference!

My first yoga "experience" was at home with a DVD of Bryan Kest 9 years ago.... I have since done teacher training and many workshops in order to further my practice and help others feel as good as I do and feel the same change it has made in my life.

Cindy is 200hr RYT certified with Noah Maze based in Los Angeles, Ca.  She is also currently in her fourth year of training for assessment for Iyengar Certification (A 4 year program.)
