Class Description

Yoga Basics -Beginner 
Learn the building blocks for a solid foundation to your yoga practice. Be prepared to engage your muscles as well as stretch. Wear comfortable clothing to move around in. Mats and props are provided. No prior experience necessary.

All Levels Yoga -All Levels
Practice Hatha Yoga with proper alignment for optimal form and function. This class is geared to be challenging and accessible to students of all levels by modifying where needed. Be prepared to engage your muscles as well as stretch.

Guided Meditation -Beginner
Turn your awareness inward while focusing on the body and breath. You will be guided through the meditation process. No previous experience needed. This class is free and by donation.

Intro to Yoga Flow -All Levels
This class is designed to get you moving, while building a strong yoga foundation. Learn Vinyasa yoga basics, along with key alignment and breathing techniques. Put intention to your poses and tune into your body, mind, and spirit's personal rhythm.

Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga  -All Stages
Practice yoga throughout pregnancy to connect with your body and prepare for childbirth. A certified prenatal yoga instructor will guide you through safe postures and stretches applicable for each stage of pregnancy, with proper body mechanics, and apply relaxation and breathing techniques for a completely refreshing experience. Modifications will be given for each stage of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please consult physician before starting a prenatal yoga practice.

















Strength and Alignment  -All Levels
Strength and Alignment will help you challenge your edge and discover new breakthroughs while learning proper alignment techniques. Props, such as blocks, straps, and the wall are used to help you go deeper into your poses safely. This class is open to all levels by modifying where needed. 

True North Vinyasa  -Intermediate
Learn proper alignment techniques to keep your body protected while practicing. True North Vinyasa is geared to be challenging and accessible to students of all levels by modifying where needed. Class is heated to around 85 degrees. Yoga Basics foundation experience recommended.

Ignite Your Core  -Upon Request
Engage your core in creative ways through Hatha Yoga. This class is designed for students of all levels by modifying where needed. Be prepared to engage your muscles as well as stretch.

Yoga for Hikers  -Seasonal
This class will prepare you to hit the trails through mindful breathing, targeted stretches, and improving body/mind connection. No registration or prior experience needed. 

Advanced Study and Exploration  -By Appointment
Challenge your edge with this Vinyasa style class while practicing proper alignment. A steady yoga practice and knowledge of alignment principles recommended. Meditation, pranayama, personal inquiry, and "off the mat" practices are also a part of Advanced Study to help you stay in the flow of personal growth. Bring a small journal and pen with you. Class is heated to around 85 degrees. By registration only.

Private Instruction  -All Levels 
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Schedule via the Contact Us page or call to request a time. Prices are based per student and can be arranged for couples or a private group.
