Yoga Basics (Beginner)
This is a great place for beginners to learn the building blocks for a solid foundation to their yoga practice. No prior experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. You may want to bring a water bottle and a small towel. Mats and props are provided or you can bring your own. This class will NOT be in a heated room, unless otherwise specified on schedule. You will build your own internal heat while practicing. All levels welcome.
(HEAT SCALE - Mild Embers)
Hatha Yoga & Wake-Up Wednesdays (All Levels)
This class is similar to the Yoga Basics but with added heat. The class is focused on increasing vitality to get you geared up for your day. This class will be held in a heated room around 75-80 degrees. All levels welcome.
(HEAT SCALE - Flickering Flame)
Power Hour (All Levels)
This is a one hour Power Vinyasa style class. It is geared to be challenging and still accessible to students of all levels by modifying where needed. This class will be held in a heated room around 80 degrees. Yoga Basic foundation experience preferred, but not required.
(HEAT SCALE - Sparks are Flying)
Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate)
This is a 1 1/2 hour version of the Power Hour class and is heated to 80-85 degrees. See Power Hour description for more details. Yoga Basic foundation experiece strongly recommended.
(HEAT SCALE - Blazing Hot)
Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance (All Levels)
Practice balance skills with good body alignment while using coordinated and flowing movements. This class helps improve balance and reduce the risk of falling among older adults. Adults of all ages welcome.
Private Instruction (All Levels)
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Schedule online via the link (see above) or call to request a time. Prices are based per student and can be arranged for couples or a private group.
